Who were Nokia when AMO got involved?

Nokia are big hitters in the mobile device world and had many businesses beating a path to their door to ask to sell their product. But when the Nokia partner-stores opened each one was slightly different – they were laid out differently, the service levels varied and the customer experience was weak.

How did we help Nokia?

We started by helping to develop the Franchise guidelines – who would do what? Where would Nokia‘s input start and the partner’s take over? What would the store look like and what were the standard retail operating procedures. AMO advised on the offering, processes and procedures and pulled them all together in a Franchise Operations Manual that was rolled out into all the Nokia stores.

Where are Nokia now?

Well, at the last count there were hundreds of partner stores worldwide – delivering a great experience to their customers.
